* A script repeat without appointment is only available when a patient has reached a health maintenance phase of treatment, and only available for one repeat without reassessment.

Treatment Average Price:

The average price is between $75- $250 a month.

When a patient is willing to do the hard work in the areas of diet, exercise, water, sleep patterns, lifestyle factors, lifestyle and emotional choices, then the cost of treatment and the duration of treatment significantly reduces.

Cancellation Policy:

The clinic software booking system sends an appointment reminder to your mobile phone, or other selected communication method, the day before your appointment.

When the clinic software system sends a message, all a patient needs to do is reply YES or NO or RESCHEDULE to this text message.

Often follow up appointments are booked 4-5 weeks in advance, so the cancellation policy is flexible and within reason.

As a private practitioner, rescheduling, cancellations, and patients occasionally running a little late are part of life.

We understand the concept of traffic, when traffic is bad every patient is late. We understand the fact you do not know you are running late until you are actually running late. That is all fine within reason and within boundaries. There are times when patients are in hospital, or have a family emergency and will accidentally do a no show for an appointment. This is also part of life.

However, if you are frequently beyond a “reasonable” time for late, and frequently do not show up for appointments, with no messages, and no reply to our phone calls or texts, then a marker goes into the computer software booking system.

You will not be allowed to rebook unless you make an upfront payment with a credit card, or bank transfer for all future appointments.

For patients with a marker:
100% cancellation policy fee applies on all future bookings.

When you show up for appointments in the future, on the day you will only be charged for additional treatment, as the consult payment had been made in advance.

As a private practitioner, our time is valuable, and there are other patients who are sick and on waiting lists who wanted the appointment.

So please a simple text reply, a call, a voice message, or an email, as soon as you know, is all we generally ask for.
